Additionally, any duplicate orders and/or "changed mind" requested to refund, will incur a 10% restock fee due to processing fees and shipping label fees. In the unfortunate event of any items damaged upon receipt, please communicate within 1 week of receiving item with pictures of item and damage submitted via email to southernangelsboutique@gmail.com in order to receive help with damaged item.
When placing an order, please make sure information is correct. If the address entered is incorrect, it is customer's responsibility to intercept the package. If the package RETURNS TO SENDER, it is customer's responsibility to pay additional shipping costs to ship to correct address, which can be checked out via this link:
Shipping fee – Southern Angels Boutique LLC (southernangelsllc.com) within one month of original email contact by southernangelsboutique@gmail.com to receive order or customer forfeits the order.
We work very hard to ensure fast shipping!! With that said, once we ship, Southern Angels Boutique is no longer responsible for the package. If you have a missing and/or stolen/lost package, please file claim with your local postal service.
